Location in the center of the city was a plus. A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like Gelateria Corso that was only 10 minutes' walk away. We greatly enjoyed the fact that we chose barbarossa. Position not far from Galerie vytvarneho umeni and just a walk down to Gavu Cheb...

Spacious winter garden made me feel like I was in the Mediterranean. Food at the restaurant was excellent. Loved the range of drinks. Perfect for organizing events.
Bathrooms were a bit basic, but who needs fancy bathrooms when you have a dancing floor in the spacy hall?

I chose Barbarossa for its prime location near Cheb castle and was pleasantly surprised by the laundry facilities. The meals from the Czech and international cuisines were delightful, and the abundant drink menu was a great addition. Additionally, the free breakfast was a nice touch.
Crunching, used bed.

The guestrooms at Hotel Barbarossa are seriously cozy! The rooms are comfortably furnished with all the necessities. I absolutely loved the 24-hour front desk service, which made it convenient for me to check in late after a long day of biking. Plus, having a TV in every room was a great way to unwind and catch up on my favorite shows.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the safes in the rooms. I felt they were a bit outdated and not really necessary for my stay.

Great location in the city center and clean rooms. The breakfast was abundant with fresh fruit. Staff was friendly and offered good recommendations for nearby restaurants.
Not all the staff spoke English, which made communication difficult at times. The room was small and there was no proper ventilation, making it uncomfortable at times.

Nothing, it is perfect.

Great location, close to main square and public transportation. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good with fresh fruit. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice furniture and a quiet atmosphere. Loved the balcony on the stairwell with outdoor seating.
The hotel's restaurant was closed during the winter months and there were no shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. It was also further from the train station than expected.
